Acknowledgments
The New York International Arbitration Center grew out of an idea that was promoted in 2010 by the New York State Bar Association (“NYSBA”) Task Force on New York Law in International Matters. NYIAC is grateful for the creativity and commitment of dozens of members of the NYSBA and of the I Love New York arbitration committee that grew out of its efforts. While the individuals are too numerous to thank by name, NYIAC’s leadership would like to recognize the contributions of the late Joseph T. McLaughlin, an early proponent of this effort. We regret that he is not with us to see it come to fruition.
