joint marketing partners; social media platforms; from people with whom you are colleagues or connected on social media platforms, as well as from other third parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How We May Use Personal Information<\/h2>\n<p>We may use Personal Information: <b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To respond to your inquiries and fulfill your requests, such as to assist with reservations or to send you newsletters.<b><\/b><\/li>\n<li>To send administrative information to you, for example, information regarding the Services and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.<\/li>\n<li>To complete and fulfill a purchase, for example, to process your payments, have your order delivered to you, communicate with you regarding your purchase and provide you with related customer service.<\/li>\n<li>To send you marketing communications that we believe may be of interest to you.<\/li>\n<li>To facilitate social sharing functionality.<\/li>\n<li>To conduct surveys on issues of interest to the arbitration community.<\/li>\n<li>For our business purposes, such as data analysis, audits, fraud monitoring and prevention, developing new products, enhancing, improving or modifying our Services, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and operating and expanding our business activities.<\/li>\n<li>As we believe to be necessary or appropriate: (a) under applicable law, including laws outside your country of residence; (e)\u00a0to protect our operations or those of any of our affiliates; (f) to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and\/or that of our affiliates, you or others; and (g) to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>OTHER INFORMATION<\/h2>\n<h2>Other Information We May Collect<\/h2>\n<p>\u201c<b>Other Information<\/b>\u201d is any information that does not reveal your specific identity or does not directly relate to an individual, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Browser and device information<\/li>\n<li>App usage data<\/li>\n<li>Information collected through cookies, pixel tags and other technologies<\/li>\n<li>Demographic information and other information provided by you<\/li>\n<li>Aggregated information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How We May Collect Other Information<\/h2>\n<p>We and our third party service providers may collect Other Information in a variety of ways, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Through your browser or device<\/b>:\u00a0 Certain information is collected by most browsers or automatically through your device, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Macintosh), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, Internet browser type and version and the name and version of the Services \u00a0you are using.\u00a0 We use this information to ensure that the Services function properly.<\/li>\n<li><b>Through your use of an App<\/b>:\u00a0 When you download and use an App, we and our service providers may track and collect App usage data, such as the date and time the App on your device accesses our servers and what information and files have been downloaded to the App based on your device number.<\/li>\n<li><b>Using cookies<\/b>:\u00a0 Cookies are pieces of information stored directly on the computer that you are using.\u00a0 Cookies allow us to collect information such as browser type, time spent on the Services, pages visited, language preferences, and other anonymous traffic data.\u00a0 We and our service providers use the information for security purposes, to facilitate navigation, display information more effectively, and to personalize your experience while using the Services, as well as for online tracking purposes.\u00a0 We can recognize your computer to assist your use of the Services.\u00a0 We also gather statistical information about the usage of the Services in order to continually improve the design and functionality, understand how the Services are used and to assist us with resolving questions regarding the Services.\u00a0 Cookies further allow us to select which of our advertisements or offers are most likely to appeal to you and display them while you are on the Services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you do not want information collected through the use of cookies, there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows you to automatically decline cookies, or be given the choice of declining or accepting the transfer to your computer of a particular cookie (or cookies) from a particular site.\u00a0 You may also wish to refer to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.allaboutcookies.org\/manage-cookies\/index.html\">http:\/\/www.allaboutcookies.org\/manage-cookies\/index.html<\/a>. \u00a0However, if you do not accept these cookies, you may experience some inconvenience in your use of the Services.\u00a0 For example, we may not be able to recognize your computer and you may need to log in every time you visit applicable Services.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Using pixel tags and<\/b> <b>other similar technologies<\/b>:\u00a0 Pixel tags (also known as web beacons and clear GIFs) may be used in connection with some Services to, among other things, track the actions of users of the Services (including email recipients), measure the success of our marketing and compile statistics about usage of the Services and response rates.<\/li>\n<li><b>Using Adobe Flash technology (including Flash Local Shared Objects (\u201cFlash LSOs\u201d)) and other similar technologies<\/b>:\u00a0 We or our service providers may use Flash LSOs and other technologies to, among other things, collect and store information about your use of the Services.\u00a0 If you do not want Flash LSOs stored on your computer, you can adjust the settings of your Flash player to block Flash LSO storage using the tools contained in the <a title=\"http:\/\/www.macromedia.com\/support\/documentation\/en\/flashplayer\/help\/settings_manager07.html\" href=\"http:\/\/www.macromedia.com\/support\/documentation\/en\/flashplayer\/help\/settings_manager07.html\">Website Storage Settings Panel<\/a>. You can also control Flash LSOs by going to the <a title=\"http:\/\/www.macromedia.com\/support\/documentation\/en\/flashplayer\/help\/settings_manager03.html\" href=\"http:\/\/www.macromedia.com\/support\/documentation\/en\/flashplayer\/help\/settings_manager03.html\">Global Storage Settings Panel<\/a> and following the instructions (which may include instructions that explain, for example, how to delete existing Flash LSOs (referred to &#8220;information&#8221; on the Macromedia site), how to prevent Flash LSOs from being placed on your computer without your being asked, and (for Flash Player 8 and later) how to block Flash LSOs that are not being delivered by the operator of the page you are on at the time).\u00a0 Please note that setting the Flash Player to restrict or limit acceptance of Flash LSOs may reduce or impede the functionality of some Flash applications, including, potentially, Flash applications used in connection with the Services or our online content.<\/li>\n<li><b>IP Address<\/b>:\u00a0 Your \u201c<b>IP Address<\/b>\u201d is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).\u00a0 An IP Address may be identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever a user accesses the Services, along with the time of the visit and the page(s) that were visited.\u00a0 Collecting IP Addresses is standard practice and is done automatically by many websites, applications and other services.\u00a0 We may use IP Addresses for purposes such as calculating usage levels of the Services, helping diagnose server problems, and administering the Services.<\/li>\n<li><b>Physical Location:<\/b>\u00a0 We may collect the physical location of your device by, for example, using satellite, cell phone tower or WiFi signals. We may use your device\u2019s physical location to provide you with personalized location-based services and content.\u00a0 In some instances, you may be permitted to allow or deny such uses and\/or sharing of your device\u2019s location, but if you choose to deny such uses and\/or sharing, we may not be able to provide you with the applicable personalized services and content.<\/li>\n<li><b>From you<\/b>:\u00a0 Information such as your location, as well as other information, such as your preferred means of communication, is collected when you voluntarily provide this information.\u00a0 Unless combined with Personal Information, this information does not personally identify you or any other user of the Services.<\/li>\n<li><b>By aggregating information<\/b>:\u00a0 Aggregated Personal Information does not personally identify you or any other user of the Services, (for example, we may aggregated Personal Information to calculate the percentage of our users who have a particular telephone area code).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How We May Use and Disclose Other Information<\/h2>\n<p>Please note that we may use and disclose Other Information for any purpose, except where we are required to do otherwise under applicable law.\u00a0 If we are required to treat Other Information as Personal Information under applicable law, then we may use it as described in \u201cHow We May Collect Other Information\u201d section above, as well as for all the purposes for which we use and disclose Personal Information.<\/p>\n<p>In some instances, we may combine Other Information with Personal Information (such as combining your name with your geographical location).\u00a0 If we combine any Other Information with Personal Information, the combined information will be treated by us as Personal Information as long as it is combined.<\/p>\n<h2>THIRD PARTY SERVICES<\/h2>\n<p>This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any site or service to which the Services link.\u00a0 The inclusion of a link on the Services does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that we are not responsible for the collection, usage and disclosure policies and practices (including the data security practices) of other organizations, such as Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, RIM or any other app developer, app provider, social media platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer, including any Personal Information you disclose to other organizations through or in connection with the Apps or our Social Media Pages.<\/p>\n<h2>SECURITY<b><\/b><\/h2>\n<p>We seek to use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Information within our organization.\u00a0 Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.\u00a0 If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us in accordance with the <i>\u201cContacting Us\u201d<\/i> section below.<\/p>\n<h2>CHOICES AND ACCESS<\/h2>\n<h2>Your choices regarding our use and disclosure of your Personal Information<\/h2>\n<p>We give you many choices regarding our use and disclosure of your Personal Information for marketing purposes.\u00a0 You line.<\/li>\n<li><b>Our sharing of your Personal Information with unaffiliated third parties for their direct marketing purposes<\/b>:\u00a0 If you would prefer that we do not share your Personal Information on a going-forward basis with unaffiliated third parties for their direct marketing purposes, you may opt-out of this sharing by sending an email to <a Information associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request.\u00a0 We will try to comply
