The Program
As licensing and associated disputes transcend national boundaries, we expect an increase in international arbitration dealing with these issues.  Particularly in intellectual property and licenses deal that with patents essentially to high-tech standards, the associated topics will include not just licensing and value determination, but also FRAND considerations, competition issues, and balancing of competing considerations.  Join us for an interesting and wide-ranging discussion about the present and the future of this intersection between standard essential patents (SEPs), licensing, and IA.

Is global SEP FRAND peace possible through international arbitration? Join us to learn more!
