We collect Personal Information through the Services when you participate in various opportunities provided through the Services or at, at a hearing we are hosting or at a NYIAC sponsored event, for example:

- What is an IP Address?

Do Not Track Signals

We do not respond to “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personally identifiable information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services.

Your Personal Information will be maintained on our servers or the servers of our service providers and will be accessible by our authorized employees, representatives and service providers who require access in connection with their job responsibilities.
