Canadian independent arbitrators The Honourable Barry Leon, former Presiding Judge of the BVI Commercial Court (2015-2018), and Janet Walker, Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School and author of Castel and Walker: Canadian Conflict of Laws, both with Arbitration Place, will lead a discussion, moderated by Lawrence W.
