In this program we traverse Latin America in dialogue, exploring how countries and arbitral institutions have responded to COVID19.  Topics include access to courts, the efficacy of virtual hearings, synergy between courts and arbitration, the roles of administered and ad hoc arbitration, and new legislation to address proceedings during pandemic.  Delegates are invited to come ready with questions for maximum engagement.
