The Program
In this multi-segment session, talented speakers broadly explore early disposition of issues in arbitration across different types of cases, applicable rules, and standards. After the keynote, four debaters take the stage before a presiding tribunal to argue for/against the proposition posed in the title, followed by a moderated panel discussion.
