Informing the discussion will be Charles Kotuby and Luke Sobota’s recently-published book General Principles of Law and International Due Process (OUP), which updates Professor Bin Cheng’s 1953 seminal book on “General Principles of Law as Applied by International Courts and Tribunals.” The event will conclude with a reception.
