This Ethics CLE seminar will cover three topics of keen interest to the international arbitration community: Counsel Ethics, Issue Conflicts for Arbitrators and Third Party Funding.

Participants will receive advance chapters of Professor Rogers’ upcoming book Ethics in International Arbitration (Oxford University Press 2014) for the program and a copy of the book when it is out later this summer.
