The Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration is thrilled to announce the anniversary edition of the Winter Academy on International Arbitration, which will be held online from 20 January to 1 February 2025.
The 5th edition of the Winter Academy will be focused on a wide range of post-arbitration issues such as partial awards, setting aside, asset tracing, parallel proceedings and more. Additionally, the Academy will feature speakers from different jurisdictions and cultures to highlight diverse perspectives and approaches to solving universal problems of arbitration.
