The SAA Practitioner’s Course by the Swiss Arbitration Academy offers a unique opportunity for professionals to deepen their understanding of international commercial arbitration. Running from November 2024 to April 2025, this course features three intensive modules designed to blend practical skills with academic insights.
Participants will engage in pleading training with mock cases, role plays, and dynamic discussions on cutting-edge arbitration topics. Those who successfully complete the course will receive the Arbitration Practitioner Diploma (ArbP) from the SAA, empowering them with essential skills for navigating complex arbitration scenarios. In case of scheduling conflicts, participants may request to attend modules in a different order.
