The Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) Ambassador Programme Presents From Kick-off to Final Whistle: Brazil-Switzerland Interplay in Sports Arbitration

Our Swiss Arbitration Ambassadors for Brazil, Caroline dos Santos, Leonardo Ohlrogge, Joaquim Muniz, and Ernandes Sampaio Ramos, are hosting a timely online event in partnership with Canal Arbitragem (Arbitration Channel), opening a cross-continental conversation on how Switzerland and Brazil are shaping the future of sports arbitration.

Taking place on 25 September 2025 from 17:30 to 18:45 CEST / 12:30 to 13:45 BRT, the session will open with remarks from Leonardo Ohlrogge (MLL Legal), followed by insights from Luca Beffa (Baker Mckenzie), Bichara Abidão Neto(Bichara e Motta), and Raphaelle Favre (Favre Arbitration), and moderated by Lia Yokomizo (CAS). From the kick-off of disputes to their final whistle, the panel will explore how deepening Brazil–Swiss ties are influencing strategies, decisions, and outcomes in international sports arbitration.
