The New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) Dispute Resolution Section Presents AAA’s Clause Builder: A Proactive Tool for Drafting ADR Clauses in Contracts

This program will explore the AAA’s newly released version of Clause Builder that incorporates artificial intelligence. This tool helps you build ADR clauses in your contracts that proactively anticipate procedural issues in arbitration. The tool also provides a roadmap for issues to consider for inclusion in ADR clauses.
