Although arbitration is typically prized for courts not being involved, Supreme Court rulings have dramatically shaped the contours of the modern arbitration landscape. That trend has continued in recent years, with the Supreme Court issuing numerous decisions on a variety of procedural and substantive topics that have significantly impacted the arbitration process.
This panel of Supreme Court and arbitration experts will examine the Court’s recent arbitration decisions and offer perspectives on the meaning and significance of those rulings.
