The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Presents ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR In-House and Corporate Counsel Sessions

In preparation for the Paris Commission Meeting in April, the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR will be organising two online sessions on Thursday, 20 March 2025 with our in-house and corporate counsel delegates.

To accommodate our global membership across different time zones, we will host two 30-minute sessions at 8:30-9:00 and 18:00-18:30 CET (Paris Time). We hope you can attend one of the two sessions.

The purpose of these sessions is to (i) preview the agenda for the Commission’s meeting in April, which will be sent to you next week, and (ii) share perspectives among ourselves, as corporate counsel, on the topics that will be discussed at that meeting.

According to the provisional agenda, these topics include:

• The latest documents of the Working Group on “Expedited Procedure Provisions and Update of Commission Reports”;
• The work of the Task Force on “Addressing Issues of Corruption in International Arbitration”;
• The revision of the Rules of ICC Dispute Resolution Services.
