The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and Miller Nash Present An Evening with the ICC: Insights on International Arbitration

Join us for an evening of drinks, light bites, and networking with Abbey Hawthorne, the International Chamber of Commerce’s (ICC) Deputy Director of Arbitration and ADR, North America. Abbey and other experienced arbitration practitioners will share their insights on international dispute resolution, including how businesses with international touchpoints can mitigate risk and what parties should know when choosing arbitration. They will briefly discuss the role that the ICC can play in helping parties manage their disputes, including special features of the ICC Rules of Arbitration. Attendees will also be offered a range of ICC resources for effective dispute prevention and resolution for both domestic and cross-border transactions.
