The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and Croatian Chamber of Economy (HGK) Present 4th Regional Conference on Arbitration and ADR: Construction Projects Disputes

The conference will bring together leading experts in the field of construction contract preparation and management, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution through available ADR tools and arbitration.

The aim of the conference is to provide participants with an update of the latest insights, trends and developments in construction projects preparation, and dispute management and resolution, as well as a networking opportunity.

This year’s conference programme is focused on construction projects current issues, comparison of different contracting models and available tools for effective construction dispute resolution, including the latest amendments to the ICC Arbitration Rules.
