The International Chamber of Commerce Dispute Resolution Services (ICC DRS), Institute of World Business Law, and Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (YAAF) Present 1st Kenya Arbitration and ADR Days

The 1st ICC Kenya Arbitration and ADR Days, taking place from 2–7 October 2026, brings together dispute resolution practitioners, business professionals and other stakeholders for a series of discussions, knowledge exchange and networking activities focused on international arbitration and ADR in Kenya and the wider African region.
The ICC Kenya Arbitration and ADR Days provides a platform for practical learning and engagement on key developments shaping international arbitration and dispute resolution. Through targeted discussions and capacity-building activities, the programme will deepen understanding of international arbitration practice, promote dialogue among users and practitioners, and strengthen connections within Kenya’s growing dispute resolution community.
This first edition features an ICC Institute of World Business Law training on Documentary Evidence in International Arbitration taking place in Nairobi, alongside dedicated sessions examining the 2026 ICC Arbitration Rules and their practical implications for users and practitioners.
The programme will also include targeted roundtable events and an ICC YAAF event creating opportunities for focused exchanges with practitioners, businesses and the next generation of dispute resolution professionals. ICC will participate in TAKUKA 2026, taking place in Diani and jointly hosted by the African Arbitration Association (AfAA) and Chartered institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb) Kenya Branch, extending the dialogue to the wider African dispute resolution community.
