Together with Deloitte, we are thrilled to invite you to the upcoming Expert Witness Cross-Examination Workshop on 10 September 2026.
Practical training in cross-examining expert witnesses is hard to come by. This workshop offers a unique opportunity to develop these skills together with experts from Deloitte.
Participants will work in teams of two alongside a Deloitte expert, to analyze a mock international arbitration case and develop their own cross-examination strategy in advance.
During the “hearing”, participants will put their preparation into practice by examining the opposing expert and delivering closing arguments before a panel of experienced arbitrators, who will provide detailed feedback on both strategy and performance.
The workshop will be on-site and followed by drinks and canapés as an opportunity to network and share experiences from the day.
