The complex relationship between arbitration and antitrust law presents numerous points of conflict, which have recently been the subject of several compelling court decisions and intensive professional discussions. We are therefore delighted to have secured two renowned experts, Dr. Ines Bodenstein and Prof. Dr. Florian Bien, as panelists.
