As part of the Federal Bar Council’s Access to Counsel Project, and in partnership with the American College of Trial Lawyers Downstate New York Chapter, the Council is pleased to offer an intensive Trial Skills Training program for attorneys who represent or agree to represent civil pro se litigants in the SDNY and EDNY. This program will focus on depositions.
This intensive training opportunity offers participants the chance to refine and enhance their deposition skills within a supportive, small group setting. Our experienced instructors will provide focused evaluation and constructive feedback to facilitate skill development.
