Protecting value and promoting growth – this is the aim of mediation and arbitration for the luxury fashion industry.
The event, co-organised by WIPO AMC and the
European Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb), aims to promote an understanding of how arbitration and mediation can best serve the needs of this industry. The event will include an introductory lecture on recent trends and issues in the industry, and interactive sessions on arbitration, mediation and procedure.
