The Center for American and International Law Institute for Transnational Arbitration (CAIL ITA) Presents Americas Initiative: Latin American Forum

Register now for this upcoming ITA Americas Initiative Program “ITA Americas Initiative Latin American Forum” , which will take place in person on March 11, 2025 from 6:00 to 8:30 pm at Sullivan & Cromwell’s New York offices.

The event will feature an informal, off-the-record discussion of current developments and concerns in international arbitration among practitioners, moderated by Andrew Finn (Sullivan & Cromwell), Ank Santens (White & Case), and Luis Martínez (ICDR). The topics will be based on the questions sent by participants before the event.
