In collaboration with Young ITA’s regional chairs for India, join us in Mumbai for Young ITA’s Cross-Examination and Advocacy Workshop, tailored for young arbitration practitioners. The event will focus on enhancing your cross-examination skills through practical exercises and expert-led discussions. The event will feature a panel discussion on the core aspects of persuasive advocacy and successful cross-examination in international arbitration, followed by a hands-on mock cross-examination exercise.

This workshop offers a unique opportunity for arbitration professionals to enhance their skills through interactive exercises and simulations. Participants will also receive feedback and practical guidance from experienced practitioners and advocacy experts, providing valuable, actionable insights to elevate their arbitration practice. The workshop offers an opportunity to refine your skills, receive expert feedback, and deepen your understanding of effective advocacy techniques. Due to the interactive nature of the workshop, participation is restricted to [16-20] participants, who will be divided into teams.
