Join us for a virtual breakfast meeting where legal professionals and self-represented parties worldwide will explore the growing role of generative AI in alternative dispute resolution.

This panel features AAA executives Adam Shoneck and Greg Kochansky, who will share insights on how the American Arbitration Association uses AI, the AI-powered tools they’ve developed for parties, how parties and arbitrators are currently using AI in AAA cases, and the implications for access to justice. Neutral practitioner Delton R. Henderson, Esq., will offer additional perspective on AI’s impact on ADR practice.

The program will also include a live demonstration of drafting arbitration demands and replies using generative AI, along with a discussion of critical ethical considerations.
