The Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) Present Tribunal Secretary Training Program

Jointly hosted by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), the “AIAC & SCIA Joint Tribunal Secretary Training Programme” will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 21^st to 23^rd November 2025.

This training dives deep into practical and cutting-edge content with lectures, group discussions and interactive sessions led by seasoned arbitrators, experts and experienced tribunal secretaries. It focuses on key topics such as the innovative developments of international arbitration in China and Malaysia, the application of SCIA and AIAC arbitration rules, the administration of arbitration proceedings in different jurisdictions, and the key roles and responsibilities of tribunal secretaries.

This training also serves as the 4th session of SCIA’s International Arbitration Training Program for Elite Lawyers in the Greater Bay Area (SCIA IATP) and a key event of the South China Business & Law Forum (B&L Forum).
