This roundtable is part of TAET’s professional development series for early-career arbitration practitioners and students transitioning from academia to practice. The session will focus on the importance of building your own name in international arbitration while navigating the culture of your firm or organisation. In particular, we will explore how to develop a strong personal brand in arbitration (as a counsel or even as an arbitrator), the interplay between firm/organization culture and individual reputation, and how early-career practitioners can “stand out” in a meaningful way.
