The Arbitration Event Tracker (TAET) Presents From Theory to Strategy: Cross-Examination for the Early-Career Arbitration Practitioner

A collaboration between the Cross-Examination Moot (Cross Moot) and The Arbitration Event Tracker (TAET), as one of the Moot’s “Friends of the Moot”. The discussion will follow a tripartite structure: (1) an introductory part on the basics of cross-examination, (2) an in-depth exploration of more advanced and technical questions, and (3) a practical session applying these skills to the Cross Moot problem itself, bridging Common Law and Civil Law approaches to cross-examination.
