The American Bar Association International Law Section (ABA ILS) Presents Year in Review: Export Controls

This year-in-review will detail changes to US export controls. Significant developments related to Canada, Syria, China, and Cambodia will be discussed. Updates in the Affiliates Rule; DOJ Disclosures; OICTS: and USML and defense services will be addressed. The session will aid compliance personnel updating policies and procedures to reflect current U.S. export controls.
