The American Bar Association International Law Section (ABA ILS) Presents Paradise on Earth: Evaluating Rights and Justice in Kashmir

This session will provide an overview of the human rights abuses including serious allegations of suppression of freedoms, extrajudicial killing and enforced disappearances, and environmental situation in Kashmir and discuss the methods of accountability and justice its civil society has sought and continues to seek as a result of impunity for continuing gross violations.
