ABA Rule of Law in America Series – Current events in the US have raised several questions as to the War Powers Act, the Law of War, and when decisions are made which impact civilians, what remedies exist and how those should be addressed in our domestic legal systems. This program will focus on the law of war, what it constitutes, and how it continues to evolve in the United States legal system.
