This AAA and Center for Labor & Employment Law at NYU School of Law sponsored conference, “Employment Arbitration and Mediation Today,” brings together practitioners, corporate counsel, neutrals, and academics for a practical and timely program at NYU School of Law on March, 16 2026.
We’ll cover topics like AI in employment decision-making and dispute resolution, strategies for handling mass arbitration, key legal and regulatory updates, and changes to AAA’s rules. The program will also include a session focused on access to justice for self-represented parties and wrap up with shared tips for more effective arbitration and mediation.
The day features interactive panels, actionable takeaways for both management and employee-side counsel, and time to connect over breakfast, lunch, and a closing reception. Sessions will take place at NYU School of Law, Lipton Hall.
