An intensive three-day programme on international commercial arbitration, organised by Koç University (KU) and the Swiss Arbitration Academy (SAA) in partnership with the Turkic Arbitration Association (TAA), and with the support of the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC) and the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Arbitration and Mediation Center (ITOTAM). Bringing together leading arbitrators, practitioners, academics, and corporate counsel from across jurisdictions, the programme is designed for lawyers, graduate students, in-house counsel, and public-sector professionals.
