Independent and neutral resources for effective, efficient arbitration hearings in New York City
Developed in cooperation with the ICCA Judiciary Committee, this interactive workshop will give participants hands-on experience in enforcing international arbitration awards, with a special focus on seeking enforcement in the African region. The activities will be guided by global experts in the field of international arbitration, and leave participants with the confidence and tools necessary to critically evaluate and work on their own cases.
