Delos Dispute Resolution Centre Presents Remote Oral Advocacy Program Latin America (ROAP LATAM) Finales

The ROAP LATAM finals bring our advanced oral arguments and cross-examination courses to a close, showcasing the most persuasive and skilled participants from each course.

This year’s edition is dedicated to Guido Tawil .

The result of the final will be determined by a panel of world-class referees made up of Guido Tawil (President) , to whom the ROAP LATAM 2025 edition is dedicated, Cecilia Azar and Alfredo Bullard .

The event will take place online on December 15, 2025, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. ET . Below you will find the event program and biographies of the jury members and finalists.

• 1pm ET – Welcome from the Co-Directors of ROAP LATAM, Sandra González and Andrés Jana , and presentation by the dedicated person, Guido Tawil .
• 1:10 p.m. ET – FINAL ORAL ARGUMENTS
• 3:55 a.m. ET – FINAL CROSS-EXAMINATION IN DAMAGES
• 5.20 ET – CROSS-EXAMINATION FINALS UNDER CONSTRUCTION
• 6:35 p.m. ET – Court decisions for both finals
• 7pm ET – Words of thanks from Maria Angelica Burgos/Federico Campolieti
