Technology Resources for Arbitration Practitioners
The International Bar Association Arb40 Subcommittee recently unveiled a new guide, Technology Resources for Arbitration Practitioners. The Guide brings together innovations in technology that can be used to assist and augment international arbitrations. The Guide summarizes eight categories of technology and their potential application to international arbitration, and lists several examples of major vendors/service providers in each category. The Guide is available exclusively online at the IBA Arbitration Committee’s webpage and will be updated continuously over time.
International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID)
The ICSID website contains information about the ICSID Convention and its contracting states; pending and concluded cases; awards and procedural decisions; and other relevant materials.
Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA)
The PCA website contains information about pending cases, published awards and other documents.
The Iran-US Claims Tribunal website contains tribunal awards and decisions and other documents. The database of awards and decisions requires free registration.
